Calen Chapman has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and economic development in Chico, working with many national, regional, and local companies, government entities, landlords, investors, and tenants. He is a leading commercial agent in the Chico market and has successfully handled numerous sales and lease transactions of office, retail, and warehouse properties.
Calen is very active in the Chico community, bringing leadership involvement to local organizations including the Chico Chamber of Commerce where he has been on the Board of Directors and Chico Noon Rotary, where he has been an active member since 2015 and served as a Division Chair.
Calen is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Chico Builders Association.
